My career spans 21 years of demonstrated excellence in setting up and managing large multispecialty medical clinics and hospitals both in the US and overseas. I have headed multiple projects and brought them to successful completion through careful planning, executive oversight, forecasting, and carrying out feasibility studies on each project. I have a large network of physicians and hospital relationships across North
America, Europe and the Middle East. From hiring personnel to oversee budgets to reviewing the efficiency of services to introducing streamlined procedures, my experience is expected to make a critical difference within the medical centre. In addition, my superior strengths in process improvement, change management, revenue increase and general administrative and operational management of hospitals are also key strengths.
Highlights of my qualification include:
• Establish clinics in the UAE and create opportunities for expansion of operations and establishments in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait in partnership with the Local Ministry of Health.
• Launched and managed over 85 clinics in various parts of the United States
• Managed and operated Diabetic Centres, Weight Loss Medical Centres, Emergency rooms in hospitals, Allergy and Immunology Clinics, Orthopaedic and Pain Management Clinics, and Forensic departments.
• Grow revenue by 72% through analysis and integration of products and services— shrunk overhead by 43% and improved customer service.
• Reduce patient no-shows from 45 to 17%—implemented technology resulting in an improved workflow and quicker patient turnaround.
• Implemented Telehealth services for patient follow-ups
